The wait is over. The very first roasted Hatch green chile of the season is here, and we’re celebrating the only way we know how — fire, flavor, and community.

Roasted on-site at Rio Grande Winery in Las Cruces, this chile comes straight from the heart of Hatch, New Mexico. It’s the real deal — bold, earthy, and perfect for stocking your freezer or serving up your favorite local dishes.

Each order includes a 20 lb bag of freshly roasted green chile. Choose your heat level: Hot or Medium.

Pre-order Details:

• Available for pickup only on Friday 7/25 or Saturday 7/26

• Pre-order deadline: 12 PM each day (you may order for either day anythime before the deadline) Limited on-site chile will be available as well if you don't order ahead of time. 

• Pickup window: 4 to 7 PM at Rio Grande Winery

• Price: $30 regular / $25 for Wine Club Members - check email for discount code!
