Celebrate love this February at Rio Grande Winery with an elegant 4-course Valentine Dinner designed for you and your special someone.

Available from February 13–15, 2026, this romantic evening features a curated menu, live music, and exceptional wines.

The Menu

Indulge in a sophisticated culinary journey:

• First Course: Mango Salmon Crostini featuring lox, chile mango jam, mascarpone, and dill.

• Second Course: Raspberry Pecan Salad with spring mix, raspberries, red chile candied pecans, and feta.

• Third Course: Pork Osso Bucco served with tri-colored carrots and mashed potatoes.

• Dessert: Decadent Chocolate Tuxedo Cake.

Evening Highlights
